Custom M13 (RF) Isolation for Customers outside of our Pickup & Delivery Route:

Samples can be sent as:

1. Host Bacterial cultures on plate, glycerol freeze, freeze-dried or stab.
   M13 Supernatant with pfu/ml clearly indicated.
2. DNA - transformation and mini prep analysis are needed.

Method of shipment:

1. DNA and stab culture can be sent via FedEx Std Letter or equivalent.
2. Plate culture should be sent in a box with chill pack.
3. Glycerol freeze should be sent with dry ice.
4. Supernatant should be sent with a chill pack.

Information We Need:

PHAGE PRODUCTION-DATA CARD for each sample.
